napfa test is finally OVER! yeah! no one is going to force me to exercise already! happy :)

sit-ups 31
standing broad jump 180
sit and reach 58
inclined pull-ups 8
shuttle run 11.2
2.4km run 14.20 (plus minus 5 secs i can't remember)

super happy with my 2.4 timing :) although it isn't exactly very good but then at least i broke my personal record :) i was 40 plus sec faster than my record and 1 min plus faster than last week. hahaha :D but i wasn't very happy with sit and reach.. i could hit 61cm in sec4! X_x arghs. i was happy with standing broad jump though :) i jumped 180cm in sec4 too but that was after millions of tries hahaha i remember bugging the teacher to let me retest and retest again and finally i jumped over the orange barrier (we used that as a marking) and reached 180cm :) this year i hit 180cm in just one jump! hooray! i think S paper helps :) my pull-ups still quite pathetic.. :( but i feel happier doing 8 proper ones than doing 11 cheated ones :) don't know why, the older i am the more i cannot do sit-ups :x sigh.. but my shuttle run improved since sec sch.. although still not good lah. maybe because i too gu niang already so very clumsy haha :x

why am i at home on a tuesday morning! shhh... i skipped the national day celebration in school. actually i wouldn't mind going but i bet less than 5 pple will be in class today. so why bother -.- i still remember how fantastic national day celebrations in cchs were.. everyone was so high singing national day songs and we played tru-tru-train across the hall.. (it's like we form a line and each of us held the shoulder of the person in front and we ran!) damn fun can. and the train was so looonnnggg coz people just joined in and didnt care whether the person in front was from another class. so the whole celebration was quite bonding. we also stood on the chairs in the hall and sang the national day songs as if we were in a concert! haha! good old days.

okay i shall fulfill the purpose of skipping school today - to muggg. but before that let me watch some tv! :p
